Avoid Looking Down

And so it has happened what I did not want to happen…

I have been to a number of business lectures, where a successful entrepreneur heads to the middle of the stage to say how she/he did it.

Quite often, they said they finally managed to speak with the CEO of the (large) company, and then following deals were a result of that one ‘big’ call.

Before the phone call, many of the entrepreneurs  described how it took great hard work including doing what they feared and doing what they hated.

I found many of these lectures to be negative.

I was longing for someone to stand up and say,” It was easy. All we had  to do was…”

And so that is part of my intention, of this blog.  To keep a record of how easy it really is to make a lot of money.

So far, I’m failing though, as I am once again faced with doing things that I rather dislike.  I could pay someone to do what I’m doing but this would cut a big chunk of my profit.

I could quit, and say that it just isn’t worth terrorizing myself (it’s not that bad) to earn a small amount of money, but really I am learning a lot about communication and project management -knowledge that will come in very handy as my learning, experiences, and cash flow builds up.

Now, I tell myself that it will get easier, because it will get easier.  What I learn from what I experience will compound.  The practice of learning, including facing my fears, will/is becoming a daily habit.  Things that were stressful will/are becoming less stressful.

(Sure I got sick for a couple of days, which at this time, caused me to slow down.)  But really, I believe that all anyone has to do is to keep going,  don’t stop, (except for occasional breaks), don’t look down, accept to look for a nice view, and keep climbing up until we reach the top of the mountain we’re climbing.

Life etc

Well apparently I just put up another page instead of a post.

The page, If u can find it, was about me making certain that I was getting the service I was told I was getting.

Presently, my computer is on the blink again. So now I get to spend more time making friends, something I’m lacking… I “tend to trust friends more because I know better what to expect from them”.

That’s as close to what Trey Mills, music manager/producer of “Makeshift Innocence” and “Trinity Bradshaw” told me recently, and I agree.

Also, while my computer is being repaired, I’m filing stuff and learning how to make better use of this iPhone 5,

Happy making money!

[edit July20,'13, the above mentioned names were neither
                      requested nor paid for]

Back from holiday-June/July ’13

I’m back to business and blogging.  ( or I should say, more concentrated business…)

The traveling, to places I travelled to, was awesome, and the places,  people I met,  people I re-met, and people I already knew, were amazing and lots of fun!

I managed to learn a few more things about computer technology and business, though it was through music business.
I re-met the guys (and girl) in Makeshift Innocence, and also met Trinity Bradshaw.  Trinity looks so classy in person.  (I vote that better photos are to
to be taken of her).
I find that it’s usually inspirational for me to meet/hang out with awesome people that are mov’n on up. I’ve read this as advice many times; maybe this time it will sink in my brain.

My computer, however, seems to have deteriorated once
again, so I'm not sure how much posting
I will do until this computer is
         good again.

(I like to see a full page of what I'm posting verses,
           only viewing the small
                mobile version.)

Hopefully, I can do a few more things, and make a few more posts,
before I take this computer in for repairs.

Things To Remember On Site (to june13,’13)

1) Presently I’m stuck using an unfamiliar computer.                                                              (Mac is ‘in the ‘shop,       WordPress app looks nice                                                             on my iphone V,
but I couldn’t find a means to edit, and the regular
site via iPhone V is  too difficult to do any editing or see how it’s going to look when
     the draft is posted.
                                                                 easy
2) Always use a title that will make it          for me and others
to figure out what’s on the
    post.

3) Remind myself that all of my posts have not been pre-written.  I do the best that I can
in the allotted time, and then I post it.  My practising is my post.

4) Avoid expecting
to be perfect during this allotted time.
                                                       Each post  is another
                        experience in my life.
                                          The most successfull
have also made the most mistakes.    Mistakes are opportunities.

4) **So far the preformatted Draft, does not look the same in the peview and in this box
  I am
     presently typing in.
(I’ll find out in a minute if the the actual post is the same as
the draft, but different than the preview.)
